Paganism and spirituality

Picture

Today more and more people seek their own spiritual path away from traditional religions. However when they wish to celebrate a partnership or naming they must either accept a prescribed ritual from an established religion or make no reference to spirituality at all. Working with Amethyst Celebrant Services we can develop a ceremony that ‘fits’ with your own spirituality.

The term Pagan incorporates lots of different paths, from formal druids, follows of the goddess movement, reclaiming witches or those that wish to honour the earth and nature – the list is endless. Individuals may not identify as Pagan but still feel a connection with mother earth. The increase popularity of celebrations such as Pagan Pride  demonstrate curiosity and growing awareness of earth based spirituality.
Mo has followed a pagan path for fifteen years, studying ritual and tradition. She is happy to work with couples, families or individuals who would like to include elements of spirituality in the celebrations. This can include ceremony in sacred space, or a simple nod to the trees – it is your celebration which can be as spiritual or civic as you wish.
"A big thank you for such an amazing job at our handfasting and blessing and for understanding exactly what we wanted. Very helpful and understanding and gave great input. It was a very successful day and you were a true dream to work with, thank you so much", Mark and Lynn
